Since his first appearances on the stage Timur Abdikeyev earned recognition of professionals of the opera world and music lovers. Strong voice with timbre of rare beauty and brilliant drama talent moved singer to the row of the brightest artists of the new generation.

Timur Abdikeyev was born in 1979 in Baku, Azerbaijan.
Entered In 1995 State Government administration Academy, already in 1996 he changes his life and leaves university to become an opera singer. Studying in State Academy of Music he meets first successes. Rare voice and strong artistic charisma of young singer attracts attention of opera professionals. He wins several prizes on local and international competitions, takes participation in concerts and TV programs. In 2001 he got diploma and - "The Hope" prize of Irina Arkhipova foundation. The prize entrusted personally by Great Russian soprano opened before him the doors to the international career. Later Timur Abdikeyev became a finalist of the international competition for "La Scala" Theater (Chairman of jury was legendary soprano Leyla Gencer)and a Laureate of the international opera singers competition in Ossetia (Chairman of Jury Vladimir Atlantov).

In 2004 Timur Abdikeyev made his opera debut in world famous Mariinsky Theatre (Kirov Opera). Successful debut was followed by more than 60 roles performed on the glorious stage. Among them are Raimondo in "Lucia di Lammermoor", Bartolo in "Le Nozze di Figaro", Collen in "La Boheme", Don Prudenzio in "Viaggio a Reims", Simone in "Gianni Schicchi", Gektor in "Lez Troyenz", Zuniga in "Carmen". Artist`s repertoire includes roles of Filippo "Don Carlo", Basilio in "Barbiere di Siviglia", Prince Gremin in "Eugeny Onegin".

Timur Abdikeyev has toured with Mariinsky company in Opera Bastille of Paris, Royal Opera of Sweden, theatre "Real" of Madrid, Festspielehaus of Baden-Baden, Kennedy Center of Washington and Carnegie Hall of New-York.

In 2004 Timur Abdikeyev gave his first Solo Recital in Suntory hall of Tokyo. Successful concert had started singers concert career. The geography of Timur Abdikeyev`s concerts includs USA, England, Italy, Germany, Austria, Hungury, Japan, Latvia, Russia, Turkey, Azerbaijan and Tatarstan. Artist gave concerts in Tokyo Opera city hall, "Sigulda" hall, "ESU" hall in London, he appeared in Moscow, St-Petersburg, Baku state Philharmonic halls, in State opera theatres of Kazan and Baku.

In 2023, Timur Abdikeyev was awarded the Platinum Medal of the French Academic Society "Arts-Sciences-Lettres" (ASL), a prestigious society founded in 1915, whose list of laureates includes names like Louis Lumière, Sacha Guitry, Jacques-Yves Cousteau, Yehudi Menuhin, Simone Veil, and Robert Hossein.

Today Timur Abdikeyev lives in Paris, performs worldwide participating opera productions and touring with Solo concerts.
